Returns

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The customer must show his desire to withdraw from the contract by sending an email to customerservice@ngbjewels.com indicating the order number and the product he wants to refer to without any obligation to state the reasons.

Once the refund is accepted and approved, the customer will receive a confirmation email. NGB GROUP will reimburse the customer for payments received within 30 days from the day on which the customer received the confirmation e-mail. The refund will be done using the same payment method used by the customer.

The customer must return the goods by sending it to NGB GROUP SRL in Via Resti 8, 42121, Reggio Emilia (Italy) paying the transport costs for the return. We recommend using a traceable or insured transport service for shipments of items over € 75. NGB GROUP does not guarantee that the items shipped by customers will be received at the headquarters, the responsibility of the transport falls entirely on the courier chosen by the customer.

Conditions that the customer must respect in order for the refund to be accepted and approved:

a) The jewels must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.

b) The jewels must be shipped in the original package in a single shipment and must still have the barcode and the security seal with the NGB JEWELS logo.

c) The jewels must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

If the conditions of points a), b) and c) are not respected, the customer can be held responsible for the loss of value of the returned jewels.

Once the jewels have been received, NGB GROUP will inform the customer by email of the receipt and any faults/defects found.
